Even if there is interest in your application, you will still have to mail authenticated documents like transcripts, certificates and references before you receive a final offer – you cannot send a signed reference online!
You may be wasting your time! Some universities require very high academic and English Language qualifications. If you apply to one of these when your qualifications are not good enough you will probably be unsuccessful
